Arnold Schwarzenegger as

Toughness - 20 (obviously)
Intelligence - 16 (similar to Bennett)
Strength of Good/Evil - 15 (good, but does murder a lot of people)
Plot Importance - 20 (duh!)
Effectiveness - 20 (just leaves bodies, and gets the girl)
Special Ability - STEAM PIPE THROW (20) obviously a winning move all the way

Vernon Wells as

Toughness - 18 (tough, but ultimately defeated)
Intelligence - 16 (he's smart, he has an edge)
Strength of Good/Evil - 20 (obviously a grade-A badass)
Plot Importance - 17 (great baddie - important for the film)
Effectiveness - 13 (doesn't actually achieve THAT much in all honesty)
Special Ability - BALSA WOOD SMASH (5)

Rae Dawn Chong as

Toughness - 10 (takes out mall security/police van, and allegedly does advanced karate)
Intelligence - 17 (flies the plane, reads instructions, calls Kirby)
Strength of Good/Evil - 14 (took some convincing to join the quest, but had a heart of gold)
Plot Importance - 17 (rescues Matrix, flies the plane, tricks Cooke)
Effectiveness - 9 (could have done more to aid our hero's cause, and phoned Kirby a bit late)
Special Ability - SEAPLANE PILOT (3)

Bill Duke as

Toughness - 17 (takes Matrix to the limit)
Intelligence - 11 (steals a car, but falls for Matrix's trick)
Strength of Good/Evil - 9 (only a henchman - doesn't really do anything evil)
Plot Importance - 12 (does quite a few key things)
Effectiveness - 14 (completes trashman mission and Bennett fake death mission, but fails to stop Matrix)
Special Ability - CAR STEAL (12)

David Patrick Kelly as

Toughness - 7 (only acts hard towards little girls and women. Practically cries like a baby when Matrix catches him)
Intelligence - 8 (giving Matrix money to buy a beer as to "give us a little more time with your daughter" wasn't the wisest thing to say)
Strength Of Good / Evil - 9 (like Cooke, just a henchman, most evil thing done is to call a frightened air stewardess a "fuckin' whore")
Plot Importance - 15 (creates one of the film's best scenes in the shopping mall and leads Matrix to the motel room)
Effectiveness - 18 (one of the film's most popular characters with cracking dialogue and use of cigarettes)
Special Ability - the "FAG GRIN" (10) useful for pulling fuckin' whores

Charles Meshack as

Toughness - 12 (easily taken out by Matrix on the airplane)
Intelligence - 7 (doesn't see it coming, and he laughs at Sully's joke about spending time with Matrix's daughter)
Strength of Good/Evil - 14 (he's one badass, smug s.o.b.)
Plot Importance - 10 (lets Matrix escape!)
Effectiveness - 3 (not in the slightest bit effective, Matrix snaps his neck like a chicken wing)
Special Ability - THE SHIRT OF DOOM (6) blinds his opponents with his jazzy dress sense.

Alyssa Milano as

Toughness - 3 (Displays almost no feats of strength, but does manage to get her father to throw his arms up in the air and "surrendurr")
Intelligence - 7 (Best place to hide she can think of is under the bed....manages to escape from her room in Val Verde although it takes her several hours)
Strength of Good/Evil - 20 (Surely no one else in Commando is more good than the innocent Jenny?)
Plot importance - 20 (again, surely no-one else can beat Jenny for plot importance, with no daughter to kidnap or rescue the film wouldn't exist!)
Effectiveness - 5 (apart from a couple of escape attempts and a one-liner Jenny spends almost the entire film either being kidnapped or being held hostage.
Special Ability - SANDWICH MAKING (12) - Not impressive on the face of things, but she does manage to make a sandwich with ingredients so secret not even the Superhuman senses of her father can detect them

James Olson as

Toughness - 4 (a bit old these days, he's getting a little "rusty")
Intelligence - 20 (the main man, he taught Matrix to be "silent and smooth" and just about everything else he knows)
Strength of Good/Evil - 16 (obviously a hero, but could he have protected Jenny better?)
Plot Importance - 10 (leads Arius' henchmen to Matrix's house...doesn't actually do much - but is an important man for Matrix to trust)
Effectiveness - 10 - (leaves inept soldiers Jackson and Harris to protect Matrix's family...misses the action twice and is left with just bodies)
Special Ability - THE BODY REMOVAL (7) - useful, but not particularly impressive.

Dan Hedaya as

Toughness - 12 (talks a big game but doesn't deliver)
Intelligence - 17 (only mistake he made was kidnapping Jenny)
Strength of Good/Evil - 19 (pretty badass but no Bennett)
Plot Importance - 15 (is one of the main reasons for the film!)
Effectiveness - 10 (doesn't get his way and does very little damage - overshadowed by Bennett)
Special Ability - THE HOLLOW THREAT (5)

Gary Cervantes as

Toughness - 13 (looks good on the seat, kills soldier)
Intelligence - 3 (rookie move to confront the worlds angriest, most ruthless man, when a note would do)
Strength of Good/Evil - 14 (looks like a bit of a ringleader of the violence, soldier killer)
Plot Importance - 11 (tells Matrix what's basically going on, allowing his quest to begin)
Effectiveness - 7 (kills soldier well, but fails to talk Matrix round)
Special Ability - ASK THEM NICELY TO COOPERATE (2)

Toughness - 15 (fearless in the face of Matrix's wrath)
Intelligence - 1 (dumb but tough?)
Strength of Good/Evil - 8 (just a job)
Plot Importance - 5 (just there as cannon fodder, serve no other purpose but to die)
Effectiveness - 10 (the grenade hurts Matrix, delays the eventual murder of Arius and Bennett)
Special Ability - 'WARM BUTTER' THROAT CUT (13)
